Elon Musk Initiates Company-wide Transformation:
The person who owns the company, Elon Musk is changing everything to X. Recently he changed the logo on his profile picture and added an “X” to his Twitter bio. He said that Twitter’s new name will be “X.” He had already announced the logo change the day before because he wanted to give the company a fresh and modern look. Musk mentioned in his tweet that the new “X” logo will be visible worldwide from the next day. He also said it should have been done a long time ago.
Everything Becoming ‘X’ from Logo to Twitter Name:
In addition to changing the logo, Elon Musk has also transformed the name of Twitter into “x” in one of his tweets, where he wrote “x.com.” This new domain, “x.com,” now redirects to Twitter.
He said that Twitter will soon say goodbye to its old logo and all the bird images associated with it. Now, this change has happened, and the new Twitter logo and name can be seen everywhere around the world.
Additionally, Twitter’s CEO, Linda Yaccarino, also shared a picture of the new logo for the social media platform in one of her tweets, replacing the bird logo on Twitter.

X The Everything App:
The letter “X” represents Musk’s latest goal, which is to create “the everything app” similar to China’s popular WeChat, which doesn’t have a U.S. equivalent yet.
“He wants to create an app similar to how WeChat is used in China. Where it’s part of the fabric of day-to-day life. You use it to communicate, to consume news, to buy things, to pay your rent, to book appointments with your doctor and even to pay fines,” said Vance.

“In 2017, Musk repurchased the URL “X.com” from PayPal, tweeting that the domain “has great sentimental value.”
